Went in with an appointment and was told the internet was down and the card reader wasn't working sent hubby to get cash and I got right in. Had to ask twice to get my hair washed she did not wash where I had my head shaved and after asking 4 times she did not dry my hair it was still dripping wet. She did tell me she was hard of hearing but heard everyone else just fine and answered me yes when I asked her if she could dry it!!

Best experience this side of the water in a long time. Sarah did what I call a men’s long hair line up, perfectly! Just in time for my wedding tomorrow.
