AVOID THIS PLACE. Not sure how they have 4.7 stars. I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a mechanic.
After I paid almost $1000, they installed a fuel pump gasket upside down in my Subaru, and so I had a fuel leak for weeks.
I get it— people make mistakes. But when I brought it to their attention they just ranted and raved about how their technician couldn’t POSSIBLY have made a mistake. As a matter of fact, they hung up on me!
Ridiculously unprofessional, especially after they had made such a dangerous mistake. Fuel leaks are no joke and they’re lucky no one got hurt and nothing caught fire. Oh, and their “warranty” is a joke with so many stipulations.
I highly recommend avoiding this shop. Bernie’s across the street is more honest and Scanwest up north is more professional.
I will say, Kyle was very helpful answering some questions over the phone before all this happened. But that just doesn’t make up for the botched job and terrible customer service that followed.
