Excellent help from the staff. I had a very unusual family law situation and everyone was incredibly helpful, especially Emily and Helena. I am very greatful to everyone I spoke to there.

They will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call, even during their posted hours of operation (8am to 1pm). They will not answer your questions even if you arrive in person. They will play dumb and try to keep you as helpless and ignorant as possible so that they can keep robbing the people of their hard earned money.

Showed up at 10am when my scheduled court time was. Its 11am and everyone is still waiting. No one has been seen. This is the most ridiculous joke of a court. How rude can anyone be. No stars and a big F U. To watsonville court room D.
