Terrible customer service to a point where I'm unhappy enough to help future prospects out.
I called in at 8:15am and was quoted $85-$135 for a tire change depending on the difficulty. I called back at around 8:20am and took the job. They told me they would arrive in 30-45minutes at 8:20am and arrived at 9:30am.
After the job finished, the driver told me he was charging me $165 for the job -- almost double the minimum and well over the maximum. They didn't mention anything about the extra fees and the "difficulty" was probably at the minimum.
Save yourselves money, a wait, and go somewhere else
If I could give 10 stars I would! 👍👍 I locked my car keys in the trunk after a long time ibn the supermarket. I couldn't wait to get back home. I called Supersonic and they arrived super fast! These guys are professionals! They helped me open the car and the situation was over in 1 hour and 5 minutes. So thank you guys!!
