Surf Cleaners

Ruined one of my favorite shirts and I had to argue with them just to not have to pay the cleaning bill for it, let alone get any money back. Terrible experience.

Dropped off items here for years when I lived in Fremont and it’s still the only dry cleaners in town that I don’t get a rash from so I continue to drive across town for them but in the last few months things have gone downhill at the Fremont location. I’ve had to check in on items multiple times. I’ve gone in on the pick up date and told items were not yet cleaned after 2, sometimes 3 weeks. Not sure what’s going on with staffing/communication.

They were several days late with a pants repair, so I had to go back two separate times before receiving my pants. But they gave me some of my money back to make it right
