I have a membership that I WILL be Canceling!!! This place has gone down hill. I pay for the best package deal a person can get here. When I go through I get the basic . My tires are always filthy and they’re supposed to be clean and a polish sprayed on them. I almost have to go through twice every time. Not to mention the vacuums don’t have good suction and they’re falling apart. And the last but Not least, the customer service is horrible! I’m canceling right now and I will Never come here again! Nor will any of my friends or family, they really do suck!!!!

The first thing I noticed was that the extreme car wash had been raised $5. If I'm not mistaken. I believe it used to be 20. Regardless, what I received was an ultimate car wash. So I did not only not get the wash I wanted. I paid more for the wash I didn't want. Need to get your act together

I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this location and Jenika for a fantastic car wash experience!”
