Good customer service. They also do very well with shipping quickly and efficently Especially during the holidays. For the last 2 years running we have used them to buy quality presents and have them to our family in time.

Product still good, but availability and customer service has gone into the gutter. They have relocated to this Yuba City location, gotten rid of their Sutter tasting room and their store. No longer can you go in and taste test. There is no more popping in and grabbing off the shelf. There is only one bookcase with a few oils/products on it and if you want something else, the staff in the new location will have pull things for you or have an order waiting for you if you order online and want to pick up. However, the staff are a little snarkier as if they have to get up from their little cubies to help someone, you have put them out. So, if you like running in and getting an impulse buy of some olives or need your oils, it won't happen. There is no signage on their new place and parking sucks bad. I'm switching small town orchards or hitting Sunsweet's store. If I have to go into town, I might as well just go to Sunsweet. Another one bites the dust. I guess no more Holiday shopping where I spend way more than I planned because of the nice staff, atmosphere, small town care, and cool products.

I had a jar of their green olive tapanade and while it tasted good, it had small pieces of pit throughout the product. I had to throw it away, not wanting to chip a tooth. When I called customer service, they said that that was because the olives are machine pitted and pits get through the process. Like this was ok. They never offered to replace the jar and give me any other satisfaction. I will never buy another of their products with this attitude.
