Unpleasant experience. I was there for my first pregnancy OB visit. Doctor Jennifer Hsia used my samples did extra testings a without informing me, which I was only agreed to do 1 testing. They charge me 3 testing fee $452. They told me insurance was in network and covered pregnant checking and turns out not in the network. I I had to pay everything out of my pocket for the testings I didn’t order? This place is not trustworthy, unprofessional and staffs gave wrong informations. No detail provide in the bill just a number. Will never go there again.
Update: After my claim, the doctor billed another $928.... In total cost $ 1380 for my first time ob checking visit ......
Nice surgery doctor and nurse. Good app for patients. However, interface, communication etc. with Sutter Urgent Care is bad. And orthopedic surgery counter lady was very rude on Tuesday morning. VERY. Also, operation level is poor - they forget to hand out important documents so that I had to come to the hospital again after anesthesia etc.
