On 2/18/21 I went to Sutter to get my first COVID vaccination. Everyone was so pleasant, from the people in the parking lot all the way through the entire experience. As I exited, I walked through an empty room except for one guy sitting at a desk in the back, and he looked up and greeted me on my way out. As I walked to my car, even the security guard greeted me and said “have a nice day”.
