I was extremely nervous about buying a home in a town far away from me and with which I was hardly familiar! I found Suzanne through a referral site of top Realtors. She reached out to me within 1 day. I sent her quite the list of questions regarding her qualifications and experience and she answered them all thoroughly. My whole home buying process took several months due to me only being able to drive up on the weekends. Suzanne worked with my schedule, was so patient with me and educated me on the area and the buying process. She was always reachable and responsive and stuck with me even after my escrow closed, making sure I am well taken care of. I CANNOT speak more highly of a Realtor! Kind, Caring, Professional, Experienced and Creative! She had a solution for any hiccup that arose. If you're looking to buy in Bakersfield, she's your Realtor!

When my father passed away recently, we were in need of finding a home for a family member. We had so many things going on related to that and multiple family health issues. Suzanne worked with our schedule, was kind, thoughtful, and found us the perfect home. I would highly recommend her as a realtor. She gave us many great references for services needed-handyman, electrician, house cleaner, etc. I truly can't thank her enough!!!!
