After having an appointment scheduled for over six month I was called to say my Doctor will be out of the office that day and I need to reschedule. When asking for the next available date I was told late January 2021. So basically I am out of luck getting an appointment in 2020. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, no how can I help. The person who called me was not rude but gave me the impression that they could care less if I come to their office or not. I do understand that things come up and work can be stressful sometimes and during Covid it is probably extra hard but at least give the impression that you are trying to help. We ended the call without an appointment scheduled.
