At our first meeting, she brought a wealth of information for us to review, including comparables in the area that had recently sold. It was presented in a professional bound book and was very easy to read through. It was clear that we were working with a professional. She also had a rough timeline of what we could expect during the sale/purchase process as well as detailing all the steps we'd be taking. We felt very comforted and reassured that we had made the right decision by choosing her. On top of all of this, Suzie patiently guided us through the entire process with a smile and positive attitude. It took us a while to find our dream home but she stuck by our side every step of the way. We had some disappointments along the way (losing out on some of the properties we liked) but she kept encouraging us to not get disappointed and keep going with the process. She has professionalism, sharp wit and extreme attention to detail. She brought personality and humor and levity to every single day.
Most importantly, Suzie was honest. She expressed her opinions on each house and the neighbourhood, and never tried to push us into a sale for the wrong reasons or make an offer that wasn't smart. She's is an amazing person with an approachable, reliable, caring, and friendly personality.
