Have not answered the phone in years. You have to leave a message during normal business hours and they call you back within the next business day.

I needed some no-go gauges for the outage here in Richland and the store sales manager was right on top of it! He got me what I needed quickly and exactly what I asked for! Very good customer services and satisfaction! Great place to do business!
