Yes, yes, yes to Swain Cleaners! I've had alterations done here on several, formal garments and each time they did a perfect job! They are fast and on time! The end product makes up for the mediocre customer service at this location. Their sister store is Clean Xpress on March Lane. The owner works at this location and is absolutely delightful! I've been a repeat customer since 2000.

I needed some things hemmed, a silk top and dress and pants. The service was honest and direct. I appreciated the seamstress' professional opinion and skill. I will definitely continue business here because they have established themselves with quality service. I am confident in the work they did with my delicate garments. Thank you!

They lost my jacket after it had been repaired (the woman who does alterations remembered repairing it). They did buy me a new jacket, but I liked the old one better. The woman who does the alterations is excellent, but I will never go there again due to the loss of my item.
