Because after you realise how miserable this place is you will never get your money back. No extra charges for holes in roof. Dirty, filthy, moldy and to much other disgusting things to remember. A great way to ruin a trip. The room was called the Blue Jay, should have been called the buzzard pucky!

stayed one night out of ten at golf course hollow. spent all night looking for somewhere else. no shades/curtains, sulfer water extremely foul. can't shower, brush your teeth or even make coffee. i'm not one to tell anyone what to do, but you have been warned.||a zero if truth be told.

The cottage "Bob" rented had holes in the ceiling, a clothesline which had mldew and snapped, windowframes falling apart, paint coming off everywhere, and holes in the shower. I call the owner "duct tape Bob" as nothing is really repaired- duct tape everywhere. On top of that he asked 5percent more money to pay by credit card and 35 dollars a night extra because we stayed only 3 nights.
