Always a good experience. You should call ahead to make sure someone is there, but enjoy "networking", and petting the dogs and cats...and spending money! LOL

Wonderful family owned business. A hidden gem. Best customer service, great selection, and such friendly people every time I’ve visited the shop. If you’re local you can place an order and have it ready for pickup within an hour or so. Just an awesome shop that I’ll for sure keep coming back to.

I'm new to candle making and I'm sure the workers could tell but they helped alot and hooked me up with some good wax and oil for a great deal. Way better than waiting 5 days for an online option I was using before finding swans. I will be going back for my candle needs from now on and definitely recommend it as well. I love this wax it doesn't feel so cheap like the previous brand I used.
