I can only speak to the office staff. I didn’t get 5 words in before being shut down. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Will be going elsewhere for my allergy needs.

You can't be 5 mins late. They even handwrite that on your appointment notice. Been sitting here for 30 mins now, still waiting.

I went there last month. Dr. Kevin helped me at that time. We didn't do any medical tests but chatted to ensure my symptoms were unrelated to allergies. Total of about 15 mins, and the bill is $315. Their customer service doesn't answer calls at all, so I can't even ask why the price is so high. So I give one star for poor service attitude and ridiculous price. Not recommend.
