It feels like patients are just treated as numbers, and asking questions can sometimes result in unpleasant and bullying interactions with the staff.
Scheduling appointments is challenging, often requiring a month-long wait to see the doctor. The medical technicians and and the physician care team schedulers lack helpfulness, and the overall attitude could be improved.
The office manager's demeanor doesn't make things any better. Additionally, there have been instances of inaccurate diagnoses, which has shaken my confidence in their services. I would not recommend Swedish Factoria Primary Care in Bellevue, Washington, as a healthcare provider.
