Because of Dr. Henley's negligence I now have a tear in my lung. I started coughing up blood and they still wouldn't schedule me.
This is not a regular doctors office. The doctors here are earning their residency, not healing people. They will never work here for more than a couple years, and will not be attentive to your needs.
I literally begged their support staff to schedule me and begged my primary care to listen and they both refused. Post visit notes are passive aggressive and victim blaming. If you can go somewhere else, please do.
I have had doctors at Zoom care and Virginia Mason both express concern at the quality of care available here.
Doctor misprescribed my medicine. Now they won't return my phone calls and reception is not picking up the phone. Seems malpracticy to me. Waited 25 minutes for reception to pick up the phone even though there was no one in the q ahead of me the whole time. They still didn't answer. Update: they finally called back 4 hours later! They did send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy though!
