My trip to the ER was great! Quick to get in and seen. Doc and staff were great. I was fixed up and out of there in no time. This is now my go to ER, hopefully I won't need it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dr. Richard Kwan is the most unempathetic rudest doctor I’ve ever met in my life. I’m chronically ill so I unfortunately see/meet many doctors. He was the worst I ever met. His eyes were dead and he was so mean and unprofessional. I’m reporting him to every person I can. He should not be in medicine. Empathy is lacking in 2024 with healthcare workers. Had a long wait to just be shoved out the door by the meanest guy. I was crying my eyes out and he was visibly angry, shaking his head, slammed the door and yelled “shot then discharge.” Like I’m not a human being. That was the most dehumanizing experience of my life. I’m still in agony and this “doctor” could care less. The prior experience was good but I will NEVER go back him if you paid me.

Great experience at a great ER. The wait wasn’t too long and the staff was very friendly. We did not run into any issues while we checked in and were seen. This is where I will go the next time I need urgent care in Mill Creek/South Everett.
