My experience with Swedish ENT was nothing short of exceptional. It started with Tamera and Nicole following up with me to get the referral over from UW to Swedish. They went way above and beyond. Once I got there I was seen immediately. I saw Dr Anna Knisely who took the time to explain what she was seeing. She is probably the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I came in thinking the worst and she put my mind at ease immediately. The office staff and Dr. Knisely made one of the most stressful experiences of my life into a quick checkup and I’m very grateful.

Had scheduled an appointment with an MD. When I got the MyChart reminder to checkin for the appointment I noticed the provider changed to a PA! If an oncologist cannot solve the problem, how would a PA? I clearly explained the situation, asked for an MD and scheduled with one. Super unprofessional to say the least. I’m taking my business to a different hospital.

I’m a professional singer and had a vocal scope scheduled for today, appointment was made a month or so ago. I’m not back to 100% after a long surgery (not voice related) and I need to make sure my cords are looking okay before I continue to sing on them. Got a call at 8AM that their scope is broken and they won’t reschedule me until MID APRIL. Seems like a sick joke. They should squeeze in people who needed these appointments within the week, not force us to wait two months because of the broken machine. Who can afford to lose two months of income?? Guess I get to figure that out. Today was the day holding my mental health together after panicking about my voice for the last month. Pathetic excuse for a practice.
