Dr. Osborn, and all other staff members we encountered, were amazing. I have never felt so UNrushed through a doctor appointment in my life. Everyone who we spoke with were incredibly informative, patient and repeatedly asked if I had any questions about anything they were saying.

I don't normally leave reviews, but because of the way my son and my fiance and I were treated, I feel the need to warn others. My son was seen by Dr. Jonah Essler on 5/13/22 at the Swedish Pediatric Specialty Care for his recently diagnosed Gastroparesis as well as his GERD and possible dysphasia. If you receive Dr. Jonah Essler, I recommend asking for a different doctor. We drove all the way from Spokane, WA with our 6 month old son. Dr. Jonah Essler was rude from the very start of the appointment, then went on to essentially trash talk the Gastric Emptying Study that our son had done, stating that it is "B.S" despite it being the gold standard for testing for Gastroparesis. After trash talking my son's diagnosis and study for a while, he went on to actually call our son a "brat" to our faces. He essentially said that theres nothing wrong with him, despite the numerous diagnoses and 3 pages of symptoms for the last 6 months, but that he is "just a brat" and that is why he screams in pain for hours and continues to have issues. We are appalled, shocked and very upset at the way this "doctor" treated us and our son. He was extremely unprofessional and had no bedside manners whatsoever. I am not sure if he thinks he is Dr. House or what, but his behavior was ridiculous. I do however want to state that the rest of the staff, the receptionist and the nurse, were very friendly and helpful. I'm sure the other doctors at this facility are probably very sweet as well, however we ended up with a horrible doctor. Do not, I repeat, do not see Dr. Jonah Essler unless you want your child's actual medical issues to be belittled and minimized to them being a "brat".
