I've been coming here for many years. I like my doctor and I've never had trouble with billing. In particular the doctor and care team have been generous with their time in responding to online inquiries and requests promptly.

Was charged twice. One for annual exam and another for an office visit for $200 3 weeks after visit even though doctor John Moen did literally nothing besides do a regular annual checkup. Will be actively telling people to not go here and never return here. They also messed up and never tested my blood for a medication they should have and then told me 3 months later they messed up after me repeatedly asking about test results through their messaging app.

Dr. Pulido is a great physician and takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides excellent care. The staff at the lab, assistants, and front desk have been great as well. I have yet to have a single negative experience here. Also conveniently located in downtown! Just a couple of blocks from Pioneer Square Station, though they do have parking available.
