Was not helped at all was given over the counter medication after getting in a car accident and they would not be given an X-ray even though I am in excruciating pain and after I was discharged I walked back into the waiting room and was kicked out by security even though my bus wasn't coming for 30+ minutes he said I had to wait at the bus stop

Recently got injured at work and was sent here by my company. My company provided L&I paperwork that i provided at my time of treatment. I informed the intake staff that it was work related and provided documentation. Yet I just received a bill in my name. Now I have to waste my time correcting the billing/intake incompetence (at the time of this review I've already been on hold for 20 minutes). Save yourself the headache and go to a different location for L&I injuries

The lab at this location has always been a problem, and has gotten so bad I'm considering changing my doctor! Despite trying 3 different visits to find a time when they weren't backed up, I ended up sitting over an hour in a packed waiting room to get my routine blood work! Sitting in a room with sick people for an hour is not safe!
