I showed up 5 minutes late (oops. I know and understand this is not good) and I was turned away for being late. The My Chart said nothing about requiring me to come early as they said was a requirement (20 minutes early is their requirement). I filled out all necessary paperwork beforehand that was emailed to me prior to visit and on My Chart. I thought I had done everything right.
There was absolutely no grace given to me. I am a stay at home mom of three young children and have to work around my husband's schedule to make an appointment that works for him to stay home and watch the kids. I'm very disappointed.

I called Swedish OBGYN in May to schedule my annual that wasn't due until July thinking I was being smart planning ahead. They took all of my info, including my insurance, then put me on a waitlist for August, which I accepted as I had no choice. They never scheduled me an actual appointment which made no sense. It is now almost October, I have yet to even hear from them.

I'm very thankful to be in the care of Dr. McCaffery and the OB team at this office. Dr. McCaffery has been empathitic, kind, and knowledgeable with me and my husband while we are going through a difficult situation/pregnancy. I appreciate the 24 hour call line, knowing that there is an OB on call to help you is such a comfort when things aren't going well. The office is clean and comfortable, and the nurses, receptionists, and techs are all top notch as well.
