A few months ago, I had my yearly wellness examination at this facility. However, I have been feeling anxious ever since due to their financial team's actions. Instead of sending the expenses to my insurance, they have billed me directly, and they have not responded to my inquiries about the bill's particulars. This is the first time I have encountered an issue with a yearly exam, and it is incredibly aggravating. I do not suggest this clinic since they are not accountable or communicative.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kalodimos for a few years, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a physician. I have always found the rest of the staff to be caring, and attentive to any issue that came up. Five stars!

I really like Dr.Kalidomos and would recommend him to anyone. I actually convinced my husband to switch from UW. 1 star is for whoever I talked to on the phone today. Told me to call and schedule with my OBGYN (through UW) instead since they’re overseen my past pregnancy. I’m 5 months postpartum…my primary care doctor should be able to address a skin issue. She didn’t even ask me any of my symptoms—which have gotten really bad as of recently. A potential dermatologist referral was another reason for my call/visit. She said they are booked 5 weeks out. She made me aware of staff shortages. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do if I get sick and need antibiotics or need to be seen relatively quick….go to the ER? I might’ve been wrong to assume primary care offices only accept a certain amount of patients so appointments are available for time sensitive issues. Something to be aware of if you tend to get sick a lot or need more routine care/office visits.
