Says their open tell 7pm but show up at 6pm and they state taking no more customers when only 1 person was waiting

The best. Long waits but incredible service and friendly staff. I enjoy going there and getting a hot shave. Highly recommend seeing Ed he's worth the wait. He knows what he's doing. I feel like I've been in a spa for 45 minutes.
