Cute little shop. I like the walkup window. The Waffle Brittle was good but the London Fog tasted like freezer burn. I mean it was not peasant at all. If ice cream is your one main thing, you have to get that issue fixed. Looks like others had the same experience.

Not bad ice cream, but quality compared to mollymoons and salt & straw is lower. Tried the blueberry + lavender flavor and also the strawberry shortcake. Blueberry + lavender was really good, good texture and nice flavor, wasn’t overwhelming. The shortcake was just neutral. One negative is that scoop sizes are pretty small compared to the other chains. Waffle cone is tiny too. They have other things I want to try (drinks/shakes) but for ice cream I’d stick with salt & straw

Walk-up window shop opened yesterday in the Bellevue location. Within walking distance and good alternative to other ice cream shops in Bellevue. Great flavors to try out that don't feel too sweet. So yummy I forgot to take a photo before it was gone!
