Great dessert
Ordered through DoorDash. Missing total four items (two shrimp rice roll, two beef rice roll). They decided it’s okay to not notify us, added a few more pieces of other dim sum dishes we ordered (which does not add up to the 4 missing items), and called it a day.
Called them about it and the lady basically said “I wrote on paper (DD receipt) the replacements.”
Ok? If I wanted more of what I already ordered, I would’ve done so? Least they can do is call me, let me choose substitutes, and I’ll just pay the difference if any.
