I spend money here every two weeks when I top up on my concentrates due to the 10-15% off when I spend at least $100 which I do every visit but today. I bought a torch from them two weeks ago it doesn’t hold fuel and when filling it up it sprays butane every where you get one dab a refill it’s super inconvenient. I went in and asked if I could get an exchange on the torch or even switch it out for a better brand which I’ve used in the past I even was willing to pay the difference, I was told that I have to contact the manufacturer of the product to get a refund let me say that while I told one clerk she said she has heard bad things about that brand and torch so why would you even have it on the shelf sounds like some one gets to keep the money that supposed to go to the manufacture while the manufacturer takes the hits sounds shady to me! All and all I will be driving the extra few miles to get my concentrates glass and any other smoking accessories else where very poor business practices way to treat the loyal customers.
