Best poke place EVER. I’ve been to all of the poke places around here and this has the freshest fish. The bamboo rice is also unmatched!

I am a fan of Sweetfin in general. The food and service at the Santa Monica location and the Woodland Hills location are very good. But this might be the worst Sweetfin. It’s definitely the worst I’ve been to. First of all, it is a very tiny space. There are literally no tables to sit at. They are only doing take away orders. There are tables outside, that are shared by many different eateries in the shopping center, but in my experience it’s either too cold or too hot to eat there (there is no shade) if you can even get a table. Anyway, you build your bowls in a different order at this sweetfin than you do at any other location. Most locations want you to start with the base, but here they want you to start with the protein, and if you just tell them what you want but it’s not in the order they put it together, they frequently get it wrong. The employees I have dealt with there have been cheerful and talkative but not very competent, unfortunately. One girl was having an entire different conversation with a friend on her EarPods while she took my order and was putting it together. The food is fresh, but there’s a good chance your order will not be exactly what you ordered. It’s almost worth driving to the Woodland Hills location instead.
