Worse dessert I ever ate! The takoyaki is hard on the outside and super liquidity inside. It tastes like it is not fully cooked. The staff literally said they just reheat The frozen takoyaki. I was extremely disappointed and when I talked to the manager about it, she did not offer anything to make our experience better. She said "they won't remake it nor give us any discount since we ate some already." She called this takoyaki "爆浆”, a molten lava texture. The manager said it's our fault to not ask about it before we order but how are we supposed to know when takoyaki usually always comes a certain way.
We also got a papaya grass jelly that tasted weird as well. It taste like they just opened up a can of grass jelly and added two tasteless papaya with a little bit of syrup on top.
Overall had a horrible experience with the food as well as with the manager. Will never come again!
Takoyaki was nice and crispy and the tofu deserts were delicious! Prices were fair.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with this spot and their menu is sizable; confident there will be something for everyones palette
