I've been a loyal customer at this dealership for my last two MDX purchases and have consistently chosen it for servicing over the years. I'd like to highlight Frank and Leo for their exceptional service - they're always attentive, communicative, and patient.
Recently, I ventured to purchase an electric vehicle for my wife at DCH Ford, located just down the street. We opted for the Mach-E for two main reasons: our preference to avoid supporting Musk and the fact that Acura hadn't yet released their electric vehicle. This marked our first American car purchase since 1995, after having primarily driven Acura and BMW vehicles.
Our experience with the Mach-E was eye-opening, particularly in contrast to the service we're accustomed to. The shortcomings at Ford were evident – from the lack of complimentary car washes and loaner cars to an overall experience marred by misinformation, missed appointments, and lackluster sales service. While the service staff at Ford were the one redeeming quality, it still couldn't match the level we've experienced here.
Returning to Acura today to drop off my car, I was reminded of the excellent service I've always received, complete with the assurance of a loaner car. For those who, like me, have been long-time customers and perhaps taken this level of service for granted, a visit to DCH Ford will starkly highlight the vast difference in customer care and attention.
Leo from the Service Dept has consistently been extremely helpful and thorough with each visit, and I’ve been taking my longest owned vehicle (MDX) for over 9 years.
