Everything went well except that because the 3rd party verification site could not be accessed even after many tries, I was denied a $500 my military discount. I would have that my Retired ID card would have sufficed for verification of my retired status. The dealer could have may is right as a good will gesture.

My experience with Swickard GMC was absolutely amazing! This is definitely my dealership go to now. The atmosphere in the service department was very warm and inviting, giving me the feeling that I was being well taken care of. I would like to thank Arthur Reyes for taking care of my truck. He is great, honest, professional person, and it was a pleasure to have him as my service guy. Thanks again Swickard and crew for all your hard work, for getting me on the road again.

I stopped by the other day to get my car key fob fixed and had a better experience than I expected thanks to Eric from the parts department. He was super friendly, professional and helpful. Eric analyzed the problem and fixed the key by going above and beyond to find a replacement one that had been damaged. He also gave me a fair price for the repair, which he easily could have jacked up like some other places might do. I will definitely return to this dealer for future car needs. And Eric is a big reason why.
