We have had multiple awful experiences with this company. High recommend it is avoided at all costs.
After having one good experience with private lessons we signed up for another set. The instructor was beyond awful. Paying for private you would expect a little bit of effort and planning from the coach. She spent every lesson just letting my daughter throw toys and then carry her to them to grab them - something I easily could have done by myself. Not only that, but the coach canceled the lessons many times with short notice. After bringing this to the attention of the company, instead of offering a different instructor or a half decent solution, they cancelled her lessons and banned her from registering for a lifetime. Truly one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with - cannot handle conflict and have zero problem solving skills.
