I inherited this pool company when I bought my house. From the every beginning, they were very rude and abrupt. Any question I had wasn't well explained. It's a family business. Their fees are the highest in my neighborhood. Once I asked the owner to give me an estimate for a pool renovation. He insisted that he has to charge me a fee for giving me a quote! All the other companies I checked with were able to do this. This was especially surprising given that I am an existing customer. It was surprising to me that they didn't seem to want to do anything to retain me as a customer.

One summer I paid them to install autofill. At the time of installation, I asked them to turn it on wherever its needed during the summer season. They agreed. Guess what 3 weekends ago when I needed it, instead of turning it on for me, they pool guy called the company and the company sent me an email. When I asked them to turn it on for me, they said they can't come out until one week later! So I don't recommend them at all!
