Overall, our experience with SwimRight has been good. Our coach has been consistent, our daughter loves the coach, and I believe the coach is doing what’s best for our daughters’s pace (she’s in a private class).
As for challenges, it’s kind of hard to connect to someone on the phone for scheduling/rescheduling. They say you can schedule through the app but it wasn’t reliable or user friendly in my experience.
I was referred to Swim Right Academy in West LA by a trusted family member. His kids had pleasant experience while learning to swim. My daughter is 2 1/2 years old and enthusiastic to learn how to swim. Because of her age, I have high standards of choosing facilities and classes that she’s going to.. What I like about swim academy is the first expression I got from them. Responsive and friendly!( It didn’t feel like,it’s just for marketing). They scheduled us for a free trial to evaluate my daughter. We were late, and they were understanding and tried to work with us rather than rescheduling for another day. Then we met a sweet young guy, who tried his best to make my baby feel comfortable for her first session. My daughter had such great time and at the end she didn’t want to come out of the pool.
