They cancelled my appointment I scheduled with them two weeks ago, and have yet to give me a new date. Every time I call about it I either go to voicemail or they pick up the phone and hang up

I’ve been bringing my child here for over a decade without any issues, but recently I faced a special case that they couldn’t address due to the "new ownership." I wasn't informed about this change. Additionally, it's unprofessional for employees to speak another language in front of English-speaking customers, as it creates a feeling of exclusion. There was a noticeable lack of empathy in this situation.

Absolutely love going to these guys however often I can. The office ladies are always helpful and kind. The techs there have a great attitude and are very personable always helping out. Plus Dr. Janda is great as well he is always a pleasure to go see and catch up with on how the vision is doing. The glasses section is always stocked and the ladies there are always helpful when making a selection. I have never had a bad experience there, so if you are looking for a place well look no further.
