Sylvan has helped my child in her learning experience. This place is friendly, has supportive staff members, and thrive on helping you stay on track.
Updated: Reading this post I made before my daughter was there more than a week makes me so angry. In the beginning, I thought this was so amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. That all changed when I wanted to cancel. I was no longer able to bring her as often as my work schedule had changed. As a single mom, I thought, "Of course they will understand." Boy, was I wrong. Communication was completely distorted. They couldn't recall any of the conversations by phone of canceled appointments. Overall, I stopped taking my daughter there. I would not recommend nor return to any sylvan, especially studio city.
