I don't know how else to express my disappointment with such a large tutoring chain. To hear my son spent almost half of his learning time in the waiting room is ridiculous. My husband and I work hard to provide for our kids with a great education and thought we'd add to their education with tutoring... Needless to say we're wasting our money with our son waiting for his tutor over 20 min later with other students. It took my son having to call my husband to let him know, no one had acknowledged him and at this point still in the waiting area with other students. My Husband walked in to find someone, he open the door to their back area to get a tutor. Only to have a tutor say, “Oh, I didn’t know anyone was here.” Seriously?! What's even more frustrating is that these tutors know when students are scheduled to come in!!!! Once they found out how upset we were, a worker ( NOT the manager mind you) contacted us to refund for the one session. No, our son will not be coming back. Don’t let the recent 5 Stars posted since this incident fool you. Please look elsewhere!!
