I have gone here well over a year. Paid for full boat services that are done be many different trainees and weekly continual staff changes. After some improvements I changed to just Chiro. Only 1 Dr. There who is confident and skilled enough to help my back. Others there have made it worse. I am really disappointed in the general interest of owner. I have made several suggestions and never have received a phone call or interest in making this bussiness more user friendly for clients. Still can not get through on the phone in a timely fashion. I am only going there to see Dr.P. Otherwise I would never comeback nor recommend this bussiness. The McDonald's of rehab

The staff at Symmetria are awesome. John has been a patient for over a year. He has had good treatment's and care. And continues to. John is 86 and his body is starting to wear down. The rehab gals keep him moving. I will have him come here for the rest of this life. I, Linda his wife, am coming for hip issues and finding the therapies are working for me. The staff are committed to getting you moving better and healing from your pain. There is so much they offer, chiropractic, light therapy, decompression, rehab to name a few. The environment is very upbeat and friendly. I love the spirit of this place.

I would not recommend Symmetria to anyone dealing with a chronic or specific area of pain. Initially the 10 week process (decompression, chiropractic, cold laser, and rehab) seemed promising. I had a specific low back disc injury, from 4yrs ago as a delivery driver. The staff is friendly and mostly kind, however as I looked around with each visit (3x per week) I saw the exact same process for everyone- one size fits all approach, regardless of the injury. And even after pointing out my specific isolated area of pain to multiple staff, the process remained the same. After week #7 I stopped going, and since then have not received one phone call offering a partial refund. I've since had better results with a Zoom based PT Doctor in just four weeks.
