Brandon Atkinson helped us sell our first home and buy our second. I talked to several realtors and none of them seemed like the right fit for us. When I told Brandon that I was unsure if I wanted to take the risk of selling my home during such an unknown time (COVID). He was patient and waited for me to reach out when I was ready, which we really appreciated since just from looking at houses online our phones and emails were blowing up. He listened and answered EVERY question I had (which were a lot). We put our house on the market and Brandon was able to help us start our search for our next home. After about a week of my house being on the market it had several offers and sold within that first week. We also found our next home the week after. Brandon was great through the whole process, stopped by after we moved in and made sure everything was good. We love our new home and could not be happier with it or the entire selling/buying process. To top everything off Brandon checked in with me about a month later and though it may have been a couples minutes out of his day, it meant a lot to know we just weren’t a customer to him, but that he actually cared. If you want stellar service, Ron Davidson is your man. Not only did he sell my house within the first week of listing, he helped me through every step with amazing expertise as I was in Arizona almost immediately after listing my home in Spokane. His knowledge, follow through, listening skills, and honesty are top notch! He took care of everything which enabled me to focus on a new job and all that comes with moving to another state. Ron not only takes excellent care of his customers but, his employees as well. Thank you, Ron for the great service that you provided. It made my life easier and so much richer!
