Wanted to thank Mr. Rossman for the quick reply and pointing me in the right direction. Also, his wonderful "voice mail etiquette" - everyone "knows" to speak slowly and clearly, but who does? Repeating the phone numbers was a welcome surprise too.

Having the same caring, compassionate, and competent person has been a real boon for both of us. Trust is built up - happiness is more evident. I feel comfortable going on errands when she is around - I know things will be taken care of as needed.

After a fall with injuries at home, we wanted to avoid skilled nursing facility placement for my Dad during Covid. Synergy was right on it, working with me (in another state and unable to travel) and making direct contact with the hospital. Whatever we’ve needed, they have pivoted to be there in just the right capacity. Early on that was being there to help him get into the house when he came home from the hospital, and then managing wheelchair transfers and back and forth to medical appointments. Later it has become staying safe as he gets up to the bathroom at night or takes a shower. Great communication to alter the plans as needs have changed. We have been able to alter when we schedule hours without pushback. Great oversight from management to make sure they’ve never dropped the ball, even when a caregiver’s family emergency (understandably) required immediate time off. The caregivers have all been kind and reliable. As a hospital discharge planner myself, I anticipated more bumps in the road and have been incredibly impressed and grateful. I recommend them without reservation.
