As a company I hope you treat customers way better then potential employees your recruiters and fleet lead lied to me then ignored all my calls . I tried for flatbed heavy and I was overweight due to driving for a living and knew my neck was near the limit. They ignored all my concerns said I’d be fine since fleet lead said”I’ve hired bigger people” Doctors failed me by like under quarter inch since I could do something about it they gave me time to get it done which they did. I spent a total of 2000 dollars to get cleared and they forgot all about me and didn’t want to deal with me after since the position was filled when before was held. They will lie to you. It was a genuinely horrid experience. 3 months , made 600 for training and lost 2700 for doc expenses. I now weight 150 pounds less feel wonderful. I’m glad you people forgot me , they way you treat me people I probably would’ve gained the weight I lost and died in the cab before they cared to call. Even if they did it would be concern for the truck more than the person. Stay safe my fellow drivers and mind yourself with this company. Most trucking company are crud I was really hoping to stick with a reputable company. Trainers are descent , dispatchers only met one called Dustin he was also the recruiter . Maintenance shop guy nice as always. Oh and I wasn’t the only one who travel the breath of a state length to be a hopeful. I felt bad for the other guy more be came here with no where to go, apparently same dispatcher. I tried to keep in contact with the young man but it would seem he really didn’t have a place to go back too and in coming out to system transport wrote his own possible homelessness. Your people need to be held responsible for misdirection and misinformation. I tried for a few months to get medically cleared and eventuallyi did. Didn’t matter though
