Very rude, I heard about them and went to check out, so I walk in the door and the first thing you see is a sign that SAYS "NO LOOKING" so I think wow! well how do I know what they have if I can't look. The man comes out and wants to know what I want I tell him I wanted to see what they had to offer and he looked really confused and said if I wasn't there to buy anything that he had a lot of work to do in the back and he can't help me. So I left and mow I'm writing this to let everyone know about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. People I was a sales manager for a huge retail company for 8 years and it's amazing how rude the people are. I'd rather pay more them ever shop here!!!

They will never carry junk that is why we have bought tools from them for over 10 years.
