I never believed there’s a business practice like this store’s in this country. I brought them $27/line T mobile promotion. The rep Andy said they couldn’t honor the promotion. Instead, he tried to sell me $70/line with features like international plan and in flight internet. I said, can I try it. Andy said $65/month for trial. After I paid, I was told the international plan and in flight internet is not included in the trial. I then asked for refund. Andy said it’s not refundable.

Huge thanks to Christina! She was really calm, patient, and helpful and I genuinely believed she cared. I lost my phone and apparently, my data was corrupted when t-mobile bought sprint so I was locked out of my account. I was in the store for at least half an hour but she was super patient. I would have been stressed out and annoyed but she explained all my options and helped me figure out what to do. Thank you, Christina!
