Went into the store in need of a new plan, walked in and instantly I recieved a welcome and the manager was immediately there to assist me I was given sets of plans with no time to waste, all my questions were answered with full details. All in all I was very impressed and happy with my experience there, employees were always smiling and eager to help definitely made an enjoyable and easy experience. Definitely will be returning when needed.

I wish I could give a zero. My husband and I have been to this store twice now. The first time we were berated as being bad customers in the past even tho we were still on a good standing with T-Mobile. We were forced to go to another T-Mobile store to upgrade our phones. The second time we went there to upgrade our phones again. They told us that it could not be done I am assuming because it was about about closing time and they wanted to go. We called customer service while walking out of the store and they were able to help us over the phone just fine. Just a warning that they are rude and don't know their jobs.

This store has a great new staff! They are very friendly and helpful. They helped me switch over from metro and I have no regrets! Reps were great and the process was fast and easy. Great employees, definitely recommend this location!
