I called and spoke to Dom, he told me they had a glass screen protector and case for my new Samsung J7. I told him I would be there in 5 to 10 minutes and could he hold it. He said yes. I got there and sure enough he had put it aside. He put it all together for me too.
Dom was so nice and professional. He is very knowledgeable about the products I needed. He told me about the warranties too.
I would definitely refer people to this location.

They’re nice when it comes to making sales but horrible when it comes to helping solve problems. I have been waiting for my money refund since April, yes it’s being 5 MONTHS (1,000) when they told me it was gonna take 15 days. I have no idea what Hugo did wrong but it is not my fault, Then the manager couldn’t help neither and now none of them work at the store and another manager is starting over literally doing the same thing the last manager did. I have been too nice and patient but I’m tired of calling and going to the store and still not able to see the end.

The reps here are super nice and attentive! John in particular was very helpful in helping me set up my replacement phone, making sure everything was backed up properly. My insurance sent me a replacement phone and it only had a thin screen protector and told him I was worried that my phone will crack because my 4 yo loves to use it. He actually gave me a glass one free! ☺️ The wait here is worth it bec other branches in the area have reps who are rude. Go to this store! Great service thank you!
