Spent over an hr in the store. Asked Jocelyn to tell me about plans offered. She only would talk about an $80.00 plan. She said my phone was good for $1000 trade in but I still had to pay for new phone. I told her I need think about it and I would b back bc she just had me so confused. When I called back to ask another ? She was just rude. Not going back

Went in to file a claim knowing I have insurance and primary account holder. Tried to file a claim with one of them and immediately turned away. Just call customer support, this place isn't managed correctly.
