Their customer service support went down hill. The first time I bought a phone and contract it was great. Now I waited in line and they were not able to complete my request

Lucked out today as I know it does get busy here, but was seen shortly entering. Juan took care of me and was able to get a new screen protector on my phone. I appreciate his insight and personal experience with screen protectors and cases, it helped me to feel better about my screen protector choice. It was also great to get to geek out and talk specs on phones with Juan.

I went into the T-Mobile store on Folsom Blvd to ask a few questions. Emmiee was the gal I was lucky enough to have help me. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. She answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. I have been to a few T-Mobile stores but had never encountered such a positive associate as Emmiee. Because of her, I will be back to this store for all my wireless needs. She is truly an asset to your T-Mobile team. Please give her my thanks.
